Job Description:

As a Product Designer within the UXSD team, your role is critical in translating user needs into meaningful and captivating experiences. You should have high execution skills and drive, capable of analyzing complex processes and problems and executing solutions quickly.

Your responsibilities include organizing information into structured elements such as diagrams, user scenarios, user stories, wireframes, flowcharts, requirements, and screen designs. You will define specifications for interaction, navigation rules, and site maps, always aligning with business goals and user needs.

You should have a passion for designing high-quality user interfaces and be able to translate them into prototypes of various fidelity levels. Your deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, combined with a fast-paced approach, will help shape innovative products and services in Healthcare, Electronics, and Life Science fields.

Qualifications include proven experience in all design phases: user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, and usability testing. You should be able to communicate effectively with developers, maintain Figma component libraries, and help define the visual language of digital products. Designing icons and illustrations that support user experience is also part of the role.

Tools required include Figma (Variables/Advanced Prototyping), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator), ProtoPie, with additional skills in 3D and animation tools like Spline, Rive, or Blender being a plus. Excellent verbal and written English is required; German language skills are a plus.
