The Head of Marketing Strategy will develop a long-term marketing strategy and oversee brand marketing and creative direction across all channels for the development of the HOCB brand.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing Strategy to lead our marketing efforts, develop strategic initiatives, and manage brand growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar, collaborating with the founder and stakeholders to outline strategies that expand reach and build brand affinity.
  2. Work closely with creative, marketing, and sales teams to create advertising campaigns and promotions, ensuring execution aligns with strategic goals.
  3. Manage budgets for marketing research to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion.
  5. Oversee brand marketing campaigns once implemented.
  6. Communicate marketing plans effectively with the marketing team.
  7. Develop go-to-market strategies and tactics to achieve key KPIs and support business priorities.
  8. Lead global marketing strategies, including campaigns, partnerships, and retail initiatives to enhance international presence.
  9. Innovate with creative partnerships that reinforce brand messaging.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team across verticals, providing expertise and strategic insights.
  11. Set and monitor short-term and long-term KPIs for social media and e-commerce platforms.
  12. Utilize data from social platforms and Google Analytics to derive consumer insights.
  13. Lead brainstorming sessions, providing briefs and facilitating campaign development.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 5 years of senior marketing experience, preferably in Fashion or Beauty.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies from start-up to scale-up is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills across digital marketing, shopper marketing, content, copywriting, print, social media, branding, and campaigns.
  • Proven leadership experience, including team recruitment and management.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets.
