Role Overview

As a (Junior) Process Manager in our Business Operations department, you will drive change and efficiency by analyzing and optimizing business processes related to digitalization and automation. You will work at the intersection of business processes, data centers, cloud, and mining, contributing to our growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Document processes using BPMN 2.0 and Lucid, ensuring clarity and accessibility
• Conduct training sessions to help employees understand and adopt new processes
• Collaborate with Data and Business Analytics teams to implement monitoring solutions
• Enhance our ISMS to secure ISO27001 certification and manage risks, business continuity, and policies
• Support obtaining additional certifications like ISO9001, NIS 2, C5, ISO27017
