Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

We are looking for our office in Weil am Rhein as soon as possible for you as:

Head of Credit Management and Accounts Receivable (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities:

• You ensure successful and high-quality receivables and credit management.
• You lead a team of two employees in credit management as well as the team leader of accounts receivable accounting with a team of four employees.
• You are responsible for and optimise the processes of all operational activities within your area of responsibility.
• You represent the team as a project manager or member in area-specific projects of receivables and credit management.
• You carry out credit checks and minimise our bad debt risks.
• You are responsible for setting customer-specific credit limits and payment terms.
• You are in direct contact with our B2B customers, sales representatives, and our trade credit insurer.

Your Profile:

• You have relevant professional experience in credit and receivables management, have already gained experience in credit checking in a bank's corporate customer business, or have been able to gain experience in the general ledger or controlling.
• You have a degree in business administration or equivalent knowledge.
• You have strong social and leadership skills that you have already been able to apply in your professional career.
• You enjoy optimising and coordinating processes and look forward to further developing the area.
• You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French and any other foreign language is an advantage.
