• Industry knowledge : Deep understanding of water analysis, chemistry or metrology and experience with regulatory requirements in the industry.
• Leadership skills : Proven experience in leading international teams and interdisciplinary projects.
• Language skills : Business fluent in German and English; other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel : Willingness to undertake regular international business trips
