Context:

Missions:

• Developing Standard Tracking and RGM Dashboard: Design necessary reports for KPI tracking and a RGM dashboards together with internal stakeholders and roll them out within the organization.
• Standardizing Commonly Used Templates: Drive the harmonization and standardization of key templates used as part of the RGM analysis.
• Enhancing Data Quality in Sales Planning Tool: Co-drive a local initiative to improve data quality in close collaboration with Finance/Sales.
• Supporting Global Project Initiatives: Assist in gathering data and conducting analysis within local project stream in an EU-driven project context.
• Re-defining AFH/Specialized Channel KPI Guidance: Support in re-defining sales guidance by brand, pricing group, and product to establish clear guidance for KAMs.

About You

• Completed Studies with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Business Management.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a high affinity for numbers.
• High level of initiative and solution orientation.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, structured work habits, and excellent communication skills.
• Strong team player with ability to build relationships easily and foster collaboration with other functions.
• High flexibility, quick learning, agility, and resilience.
• Fluent use of MS Office PowerPoint and Excel (Power Query or Power BI experience is a plus).
• Fluent language skills in English, German is a plus.

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

• You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
• You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
• You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
• You have never done a V.I.E before.

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E?

• There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
• You will be granted with 2.5 days off per month.
• Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
• The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
