What You Will Do

  • Provide high-level technical assistance to end-users, field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, and networked/wireless systems.
  • Address issues unresolved by primary product support.
  • Report design, reliability, and maintenance issues to contribute to product improvement.
