Position Summary
As the Sales Manager for the Europe region, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our off-road power battery business in Europe. This role focuses on developing new customer relationships, understanding market needs, and promoting our products to meet sales targets. You will play a key role in building our brand presence and driving business growth in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Market Development
- Conduct in-depth market research in the European off-road power battery market to identify potential customers, including manufacturers of off-road machinery, equipment operators, and relevant industrial players.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the European market, leveraging market insights to target the right customer segments.
Customer Acquisition
- Proactively prospect, identify, and approach new customers, building relationships from scratch. Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring high-quality customer acquisition.
- Understand customer requirements and pain points, and tailor our product solutions to meet their specific needs, providing professional pre-sales and after-sales support.
- Set and achieve challenging sales targets for the European region, developing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make timely adjustments to strategies to ensure continuous growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as R&D, production, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Brand Building
- Promote our company's brand and products at industry exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events in Europe. Build a positive brand image and enhance brand awareness among target customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the European market, providing valuable feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Experience
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in batteries, energy, auto parts, or related industrial products. Experience in developing new markets from scratch is highly preferred.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business in international markets, especially in Europe.
Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
- Strong market analysis and strategic thinking abilities, enabling effective sales strategy development based on market trends.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Additional European language skills are a plus.
