Jobbeschreibung

The primary role of an iLUKA Host is to act as an ambassador, representing our client’s brand and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences at global events. Hosts support guests throughout their hospitality programme, guiding them from arrival to departure. This is a contract role with availability from June 3rd to June 6th, 2025.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences: Provide a friendly and welcoming meet and greet, manage guest groups, accompany guests, and handle issues to ensure a smooth experience.
2. Support guest logistics: Manage arrivals at airports/train stations, coordinate hotel check-ins, and assist in venue management.
3. Manage transitions: Support guests during transfers and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
4. Venue management: Oversee guest flow, manage queues, and ensure guests are comfortably seated and informed.
