To strengthen our team at our location in Heilbronn, we are looking for a
Construction and Project Manager (m/f/d).

Your mission

• You carry out project-related commercial work independently and on your own responsibility.
• You support the construction and project management.
• You are responsible for construction site coordination and order processing with subcontractors.
• You draw up framework agreements and construction site contracts as well as calculation and invoicing documents.
• You are the contact person for commercial processing with clients, authorities, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have already gained initial experience in the above-mentioned tasks.
• You are confident in using the MS Office package.
• You work independently, autonomously, and in a structured manner.
• You are reliable and a team player.
