For our plant in Bremerhaven, we are looking for a motivated project manager to support us in the implementation of projects in production.

Project Manager Production & Technology (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

In this position, you will play an active role in shaping the future of our plant. You will work with our project management team on exciting projects related to digitalization and automation, aiming to optimize our processes.

• Record the current status, monitor financial and operational KPIs to evaluate process effectiveness, and recommend measures to meet targets.
• Manage the conception, implementation, and oversight of various projects, including budget responsibility.
• Assemble a team of experts, coordinate tasks, and serve as an interface between internal and external service providers.
• Transfer best-practice approaches to other plants and support project teams on site.

• Degree in production technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience as a project manager in manufacturing, with knowledge of agile and hybrid project management methods preferred.
• Fluency in English for team communication.
• Strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers, and excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to visualize ideas effectively.
