Job Description:

About the Role: The Medical Products Division is looking for a Strategic Marketer to join our Vascular Team for the Central European Market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product, marketing, education, and customer engagement strategies to support our Vascular Product Portfolio (Aortic / Peripheral), ensuring effective product lifecycle management and revenue growth in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of local market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer unmet needs to identify regional commercial opportunities and inform product pipelines.
  2. Adapt and implement global and regional marketing programs, including local marketing and educational strategies, customer engagements (e.g., congresses & events), and tactical plans.
  3. Build relationships and develop advocacy with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at the regional level.
  4. Manage local marketing investments, develop and monitor KPIs, and measure ROI and marketing effectiveness.
  5. Support contracting and tenders in partnership with the Provider Sales & Marketing team, ensuring alignment with regional pricing guidelines.
  6. Gain deep product expertise in our Aortic / Peripheral Portfolio and provide product and clinical training to customers, partners, and Gore Associates.
  7. Support local product lifecycle management.
  8. Drive go-to-market strategy and product launches in alignment with regional strategies, considering local regulatory and pricing requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred, with at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  2. Understanding of the implantable medical device market; vascular market knowledge is a plus.
  3. Effective networking skills with clinical customers, especially KOLs.
  4. Ability to prioritize, plan, influence, and collaborate across functions.
  5. Ability to interpret scientific and clinical data and publications.
  6. Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and team orientation.
  7. Fluent in German and English.
  8. Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight.
  9. High ethical standards and compliance awareness.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Sales experience.
  2. Knowledge of the vascular market and products.
  3. Existing KOL relationships.
