The Role

If you are appointed to this position, you will join us at an exciting growth phase. Our goal is to sustain this growth in the food enzymes market across Western Europe.

You will be responsible for:

  • Proactive account planning and sales analysis to maximize market opportunities and drive growth
  • Achieving sales targets and key performance metrics with key accounts
  • Building sustainable, long-term relationships through multi-level contacts
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively
  • Delivering accurate sales forecasts
  • Collaborating with AB Enzymes’ global Key Account team and internal partners to manage customer relationships
  • Attending trade shows and industry conferences to develop contacts, understand industry trends, and promote products

About You

  • Experience in enzymes is advantageous but not essential; experience in fruit, protein, or grain processing industries is important
  • Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a solid background in related industries
  • Knowledge of food processing, formulas, and ingredients is beneficial
  • Strong business acumen to identify growth prospects and strategic opportunities
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Team player with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Willing to travel within the EMEA region
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other business software
