Responsibilities:

Management and coordination of projects in the area of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) with a focus on the development and optimisation of the IT solution

Analysing requirements and creating technical concepts for the implementation of MES solutions

Designing and further developing the IT architecture, taking into account best practices and current technologies

Working closely with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers and partners

Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets and quality standards

Conducting training courses and workshops for employees in the areas of manufacturing execution and IT

Qualifications:

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, engineering or comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in project management and architecture in the manufacturing execution environment, ideally in industry

Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of MES solutions as well as in the design of IT architectures

Experience in working with various stakeholders at different hierarchical levels

Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a structured way of working

Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as assertiveness

High degree of personal responsibility, reactivity, ability to work in a team and risk awareness
