Job Description:

Based on the expertise of our banking partner, Bankhaus Scheich, one of Germany's leading securities trading banks and a major market maker on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, we offer our institutional clients a secure platform for trading digital assets. We also provide a wide range of services related to digital assets.

• Specify, create, and test prototypes used in our exchange trading business, based on current needs.
• Analyze and automate workflows within different departments of the company.
• Interact with exchange and service partners via APIs.
• Communicate with external service providers regarding new developments.
• Write concept documentation and conduct technical feasibility studies on proposed business ideas.
• Analyze and improve our current trading system using statistical methods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, (financial) Mathematics, Physics, or comparable qualifications.
• Programming experience, with a preference for knowledge of asynchronous programming. Python and Pandas experience are preferred.
• Experience with REST and WebSocket protocols is beneficial.
• Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to clearly express abstract concepts.
• Team spirit, high level of commitment, and initiative.
• Interest in finance and crypto.
• Ability to quickly assess, understand, and process new information.
• Willingness to work with experts from the digital assets and crypto industry.
