Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Specify environmental constraints for equipment (Lightning, electromagnetic hazards, mechanical or climatic, etc.)
• Review and create equipment qualification documents:
• Qualification Plan (QP)
• Qualification Test Procedure (QTP)
• Qualification Test Reports (QTR)
• Declaration of Design and Performance (DDP)
• Installation Declaration of Design and Performance (IDDP)
• Create Flight Clearance Notes (FCN)
• Serve as the main technical contact between SDR and the supplier, as well as with the safety department regarding environmental threats

Requirements:

• Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree or similar qualification
• Knowledge of electromagnetics is a plus
• Knowledge of aeronautic environment is a plus
• Familiarity with aeronautic standards (DO-160, MIL-STD 461, etc.) is a plus
• Fluent in English; German and/or French are a plus
• Project management skills and responsiveness to supplier/client questions
• Location: Donauwörth – Remote work possible
