JOB OPENING RECRUITER (M / F / D)
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions, including attracting and sourcing talents, candidate screening, scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Write and post compelling job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring we reach a broad and diverse pool of candidates. Plan and participate in career fairs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver a seamless and effective hiring process.
- Ensure all candidates have a positive recruitment experience, regardless of the outcome.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes using Personio.
- Support initiatives that promote FSC as an employer of choice.
- Plan and initiate university partnerships to attract students. Collaborate on planning internship programs.
Your Profile
- A people-person with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting and with a degree in HR or any relevant field.
- Excited by the idea of working in a global, multicultural environment and collaborating with teams across the world.
- Fluent in English and German (at least B2 level).
- Familiar with social recruiting and sourcing tools, as well as Application Tracking Systems, ideally with Personio.
- Creative – you’re always thinking outside the box on how to attract talent in innovative ways.
- Well organized and can juggle multiple recruitment projects while keeping a positive attitude.
- A natural communicator – you connect easily with candidates as well as hiring managers.
- Bonus points if you have experience in the non-profit, environmental, or sustainability sectors and have knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) practices in hiring.
The Fine Print
- Location : Bonn, Germany.
- Working Hours : Full time - 40 hours per week (Part-time of at least 75% is possible) with up to 3 days of remote work option per week (within Germany).
- Duration of Employment : Initially a 2-year-contract with an intention to extend to a permanent one.
- Starting Date : As soon as possible.
