TP in Greece collaborates with a leading Mobile Bank, helping customers manage their accounts on-the-go, track expenses, and save in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline of the bank for the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience. Your role also involves preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding customers!

What you will do:

• Support customers via phone, chat, and email
• Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
• Represent our client professionally
• Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Build strong, professional relationships with partners and show empathy
• Work towards set targets from the client and internal goals

What you will bring:

• Fluency in German
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy/tech-savviness; experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and reliability
• EU citizenship, EU passport, or valid work permit for Greece
• Willingness to relocate to Athens or local candidates
