Area Sales Manager – DACH

Lesker is looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage the German, Austrian, and Swiss territories with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the development of sales strategies for the DACH area.
  2. Developing and maintaining the sales budget for the region.
  3. Driving sales growth while maintaining GP levels in line with corporate goals.
  4. Leading and managing the DACH Sales Team, including performance reviews.
  5. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, EMEIA.
  6. Building and maintaining relationships within the region.
  7. Providing market feedback and participating in marketing efforts.
  8. Maintaining and reviewing CRM opportunities.

Ideal candidates will:

  1. Be results-driven with proven management experience.
  2. Be fluent in German and English.
  3. Have a positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
  4. Be confident in strategic decision-making and project management.
  5. Be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
  6. Have experience with global CRM systems.
  7. Be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects.
  8. Possess AI literacy and industry knowledge or B2B sales experience.
