E-Commerce Specialist I

Responsibilities:
- Plan online promotions, create promotion item list, and request the design banner from the design team.
- Analyze promotion results and item selling data to plan for future marketing.
- Conduct market trend research and manage SNS posting.
- Handle advertisement requests from internal and external companies.
- Manage invoices from vendors and carriers.
- Create Purchase Orders in the company’s accounting system.
- Search and source products to sell on online channels.
- Monitor and decide item sales based on performance.
- Control overstock and long-term inventory.
- Manage website display and check for any issues.
- Communicate with the warehouse team and carriers to check on daily delivery.
- Communicate with the Supply Chain Management team on item inventory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience with E-Commerce operations.
- Must be bilingual in Korean and English.
- Experience with E-commerce websites or platforms.
- Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and is detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
