Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Berlin / Oslo

At Opera, we have built sophisticated and fast-growing influencer programs, working with content creators to craft appealing storylines and narratives for mobile browsers and apps. We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, identify new segments, convert them into active and loyal users, and foster authentic connections with our target audience.

If you are self-driven, ambitious, and have proven success in managing influencer marketing campaigns focused on performance and brand building, this could be your ideal role.

Role & Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns supporting marketing initiatives and product launches.
  2. Identify and engage relevant influencers and content creators to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
  3. Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, contracts, and deliverables to ensure campaign success.
  4. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
  5. Maintain proficiency in English and native-level fluency in German.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing.
Job Requirements:
  • Interest in influencer marketing across various social media platforms, especially mobile-first channels.
  • Experience in developing influencer campaigns based on product briefs and translating marketing concepts into impactful strategies.
  • Ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness using KPIs from performance marketing.
  • Strong skills in creating clear documentation and supporting materials.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and insights from data.
