Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the implementation of logistics automation projects with various suppliers as an implementation specialist.
• Translating conceptual designs and feasibility studies into detailed engineering plans.
• Coordinating with suppliers, IT teams, and operational staff to ensure alignment on system specifications and integration.
• Developing and documenting test plans and acceptance criteria for automated solutions.
• Overseeing and executing system testing, including Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), technical availability tests, stress tests, and operational ramp-up.
• Providing hands-on support during implementation, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.
• Ensuring system compliance with safety regulations.
• Conceptually designing logistics warehouses as part of feasibility studies, translating requirements into effective layout and process solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with implementing automated logistics solutions, such as shuttles, AutoStore, conveyors, and packaging lines.
• Ability to take on responsibility and a strong affinity with logistics and warehouse automation.
• Hands-on experience with tender processes, supplier coordination, and system testing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience with SketchUp and AutoCAD for layout visualization.
