In the Coatings Division, we focus on developing, producing, and marketing a variety of coating solutions—from surface technologies to automotive paints. We work in global teams to promote innovation, design, and new applications to meet our partners' needs. Our portfolio includes "Beyond Paint Solutions," enabling new applications with innovative surfaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our global business unit develops and markets products for a comprehensive portfolio of coating systems, with a focus on eco-efficient water-based and high-solids coatings with low solvent content.

  • Serve as the primary contact point, ensuring smooth administrative processes within the global business unit and coordinating all appointments for management.
  • Support management in ad-hoc projects, assist with business travel planning, manage the supervisor's calendar, prioritize tasks, and propose schedules.
  • Manage expense systems for two executives and coordinate meeting requests, fitting them into the supervisor's agenda, considering different time zones and priorities.
  • Work closely with senior executives and department heads, coordinating processes in the absence of management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed commercial qualification with several years of professional experience, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in standard IT applications.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, with absolute confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills, systematic work approach, and effective task prioritization.
