Jobbeschreibung

Support in all tax matters for Raisin SE and its subsidiaries

Assist in the preparation and review of annual corporation tax returns (Corporation Income Tax, Trade Tax, VAT) and ensure compliance with other tax obligations for Raisin SE and its international subsidiaries.

Responsible for monthly VAT reconciliations, timely filing of VAT returns, and maintaining tax records and correspondence with authorities.

Provide responses to general tax inquiries and support calculations for income tax accruals during month-end, quarterly, and annual closing processes in coordination with the Team Lead Tax.

Ensure tax compliance of financial documents and systems, review tax-related contract terms with legal teams, and support tax planning and deferred tax calculations.

Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation, monitor tax law changes, and support during audits and liaising with external partners such as tax consultants and auditors.

Your Profile

Education

• Completed training as a Tax Expert (Steuerfachangestellter / Steuerfachwirt / in) or a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, preferably with experience in international taxation and transfer pricing.
• 3-5 years of experience in tax, accounting, or finance within a startup, corporate, or multinational environment (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills

• Strong knowledge of German corporate tax, trade tax, VAT, and withholding tax.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing and international tax principles is advantageous.
• Ability to write detailed tax assessments and memos.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage projects independently, proactive, and service-oriented.
• Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and high numerical affinity.
• Understanding of business processes and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or similar tax/accounting software.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
