As a Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d), you will work on complex problems in delivering renewable energy solutions, from digitalizing solar panel installation planning with frontend applications, to building APIs for real-time energy data, and scaling cloud infrastructure in Azure.

What You Will Be Doing

• Building Software: Delivering incremental value, improving user experience, and making an impact on climate goals.
• Enhancing Developer Happiness: Automating deployments, load tests, and vulnerability scans to improve stability and efficiency.
• Growing & Learning: Sharing knowledge on Kafka, React, Azure Bicep, etc., and developing new skills.
• Working on Architecture & Vision: Analyzing requirements and designing architectural solutions involving microservices, IoT, Salesforce, and event-driven architecture.
• Steering for Empathy & Understanding: Engaging with stakeholders to create solutions that address real needs.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience in Building Quality Products: Track record of delivering scalable, maintainable software.
• End-to-end Ownership: Managing pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment independently.
• Cloud Infrastructure Experience: Managing cloud services within projects.
• Tech Stack Flexibility: Eagerness to learn technologies like C#, Node.js, etc.
• Microservices & Architecture Design: Experience with microservice architecture and design patterns.
• Additional Tech Experience: Knowledge of React, MongoDB, Flutter, Salesforce is a plus.
• Collaborative & Open to Feedback: Contributing positively in team environments.
• Strong Communication Skills: Clear communication in English; German is advantageous.
• Passion for Energy Transition: Motivated to contribute to renewable energy efforts.
• Agile & Lean Mindset: Focused on delivering MVPs, testing, and iterative development.
