Meet the team

Due to the highly collaborative nature of our business (and the fact that we enjoy spending time together), this is primarily an in-office position.

What you will do

• Support our Customer Success managers with the analysis of vendor data and ensure this gets correctly translated into the Choco AI user interface
• Train our Choco AI model by processing orders before a partnership launch to ensure high accuracy levels
• Provide our AI model with perfect order examples to accelerate the learning process
• Own the Choco AI performance for your partnerships post-launch

• German Native
• Data Entry Pro - You are a master of data entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task
• Detail-Oriented - If you take pride in high standards and enjoy the satisfaction of completing repetitive tasks, we want you on our team
• Clear and Efficient Communicator - Your ability to communicate clearly and efficiently will help streamline our processes and enhance team collaboration
• GSuite Pro - Leverage your proficiency in GSuite, especially Google Sheets, to organise, analyse and present data effectively
• Team-First Attitude - We value humility and team-first mentality, your collaborative spirit will be a vital asset to our team
• Hospitality/F&B Experience Welcomed - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, bringing valuable insights and customer-focused skills
