Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as a Field Sales Representative in Southern Germany. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, prospecting new clients, conducting visits, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel within the region.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
  1. Identify new customers through prospecting and lead generation
  2. Conduct visits to introduce products & services
  3. Negotiate contracts and close sales
  4. Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships
  5. Report sales activities and prospects
  6. Analyze customer needs and identify strategic opportunities
  7. Provide market feedback to headquarters
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows
What you bring:
  • At least 2 years' experience as a field sales representative
  • Strong communication and commercial skills
  • Positive attitude, responsibility, and drive
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment
  • Interest in technical subjects
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluency in German and English; Dutch is a plus
  • Relevant educational background or traineeship
  • Willingness to travel 3 days per week
