Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using project management tools to monitor and track progress, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Project Management or any other related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-centric roles, preferably as a Technical Project Manager/Program Manager, with a record of successfully leading large-scale technology projects.
- In-depth understanding and application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), as well as knowledge in object-oriented development, build processes, change control management, and release models.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory, further languages such as Spanish and French are a plus.
- Available to visit our enterprise customers.
- Robust business acumen coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills and customer engagement experience.
- Proficient in process engineering software, with domain experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or logistics as a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated skill in Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing processes.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, result-oriented mindset, and a penchant for quantitative problem-solving.
- A collaborative team player with a zeal for independent project leadership when required.
