We’re searching for a Germany-based Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketin g team. This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring both creative and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the German healthcare landscape, experience in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS or healthcare IT), and a strong drive for delivering measurable business outcomes. While there is no direct people management initially, this role may evolve into a leadership position as the team grows.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the German healthcare market
• Collaborate closely with Sales to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth
• Own and manage lead follow-up and conversion processes, ensuring a seamless transition to Sales
• Adapt and localise global campaigns and messaging for the German market
• Lead the local marketing planning and activity calendar, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals
• Use the full marketing mix : digital, social, events, content, PR, and partner marketing
• Maintain a GDPR-compliant contact database and apply persona-based targeting
• Monitor local market activity and provide insights to inform product, sales, and marketing strategies
• Write effective briefs for internal teams and external agencies
• Take ownership of marketing budgets, campaign performance, and MROI tracking
• Use marketing automation tools to support lead nurturing and buyer journeys (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
• Deliver regular reports on campaign outcomes, lead status, and marketing effectiveness
• Represent the German voice of the customer across marketing and product teams
