About The Job

1. Complete 3 missions of 8 months each in different areas of supply chain and operations, e.g., Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Project Management Office, Quality and Food Safety, Manufacturing, Digital & Performance.
2. Take responsibility for operational activities.
3. Lead cross-functional projects to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
4. Develop strategic concepts, e.g., for our sustainability roadmap, logistics productivity, or digital transformation.
5. Identify your strengths and interests to take on a challenging position after the graduate program; leadership training and mentorship will support you in this process.

About you

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/technology or business administration with a focus on supply chain.
2. First practical experience in supply chain or operations.
3. Ambitious! The program aims to develop future leaders.
4. Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude.
5. Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments.
6. Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
7. Openness to relocating during the program.
8. Flexibility to travel within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
9. Fluent in English; fluent German is highly appreciated.

The position is limited to 2 years and based in our offices in Nürnberg, München, or Frankfurt.
