Join a global team of experts within the Global Innovation & Industry Consulting unit, operating across local and regional business units. As Program / Project Manager (f/m/d), you will play a key role managing one or two projects, responsible for timeline, budget, quality, and risk, supported by a PMO. Your main tasks include:

■ Calculating all aspects of development, implementation, and risks of the project.

■ Managing all project resources, including your own and the customer team.

■ Building, maintaining, and managing detailed project plans based on consulting standards.

■ Working closely with the PMO to track and control all project activities.

■ Mentoring project team members in project management processes.

■ Anticipating deviations, developing corrective actions, and identifying critical risks.

■ Good knowledge of SAP in project cycles.

■ Ability to steer project teams, build consensus, make decisions, and solve problems under pressure.

■ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

■ Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (preferably German).
