Außendienstmitarbeiter - MAPA Professional (m/w/d)

Location: Home-office, Süd Deutschland

Reporting to: Regional Head of Sales Force

Your Role & Team Overview

As a field sales representative, you will independently manage a defined district (postal code areas 85, 86, 91, 93) and handle customer care in coordination with the regional field sales manager and the responsible team. Our team consists of dedicated colleagues who will support you during customer visits.

We will support you in achieving your goals and developing yourself by providing regular feedback and access to online training.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sell all products distributed by MAPA and its partner collaborations
  • Customer care across all industry segments
  • Assist colleagues during customer visits and consultations
  • Maximize sales potential with relevant customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through necessary adjustments
  • Implement and monitor sales campaigns and special initiatives
  • Monitor competitors' activities
Requirements:
Minimum:
  • Completed training in retail or a similar qualification
  • Practical experience in sales of a brand company, preferably in grocery retail
  • Presentation skills, negotiation skills, and persuasiveness
  • Strong communication skills and high customer orientation
  • Fluent German
  • Driver's license Class B
