Job Title: (Senior) Product Operator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:
  1. Support our Digital Media colleagues
  2. Participate in the process of digital campaigns from briefing to billing
  3. Organize smooth workflows between teams and oversee projects and campaigns
  4. Reconcile numbers from media partners like Google, Facebook, TheTradeDesk, Xandr in the internal booking system and discuss results with planning and controlling teams
  5. Check relevant campaign metrics and ensure accurate data collection at defined times
  6. Monitor campaign execution using monitoring tools and prepare reports
  7. Gather technical specifications for online media campaigns and create production plans
  8. Coordinate and oversee campaign testing
Required Skills:
  • Experience in digital media or familiarity as a career changer
  • Completed commercial training or higher education entrance qualification
  • Interest and passion for the digital media world
  • Willingness to learn new topics
  • Analytical thinking, strong numerical understanding, and comfort with administrative tasks
  • Quick comprehension, structured and careful working style
  • Experience with cross-team project management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in German and English
