A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of electrophysiology advancements. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We focus on market-leading products like the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovative ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and traditional electrophysiology products.

Join a community of experts committed to ensuring quality and affordable care worldwide. This role is based in Germany as a remote position, with travel across Germany and Western Europe (80-100%). This provides valuable experience in diverse markets and helps build an international network.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning training programs with the Sales Manager and other teams for customer education
  • Providing technical support on CAS products and procedures
  • Assisting sales and marketing during product presentations and launches
  • Reporting market trends, account updates, and competitive insights
  • Gathering and reporting customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
  • Completing administrative tasks, including activity reports to the Sales Manager

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
  • Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy

Experience in the medical device industry or hospital operating room environment is highly valued.
