Position Description:

As a Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiomyopathy (m/w/d) in the area 10204: Magdeburg, Halle, Leipzig, you will be responsible for selling our innovative cardiological product in clinics and practices.

You will develop an in-depth understanding of stakeholders and networks within your accounts, analyze the pathways patients in your region go through from initial symptoms to diagnosis and therapy initiation, and identify customer needs.

You will advise doctors on a professional level and master the spectrum of modern sales techniques, omnichannel strategies, and digital channels. To ensure the best customer experience, continuous optimization of customer care and close exchange with colleagues are essential.

In a cross-functional team with Medical, Access, and Marketing colleagues, you will develop specific regional plans and implement coordinated measures.

Trustful collaboration and deepening existing business relationships are the foundation of your success.

Qualifications for the Position:

• You have already gained sales experience in cardiology
• You can convincingly argue both scientifically and commercially
• Training and scientific publications in English are standard for you, as you possess good English skills
• You are proficient in using modern communication technologies and sales analysis tools
• You use your communication talent to build new customer contacts and deepen existing business relationships
• You think constructively and strategically. Your well-organized, responsible, and team-oriented work style contributes to achieving common goals
• You have experience working in agile teams or are eager to learn and apply this methodology
• You are experienced in conducting virtual events and using omnichannel channels to reach your target audience
• You work as a pharmaceutical representative according to § 75 AMG and have a scientific degree or are a certified pharmaceutical representative
