Become part of our cross-group Sales team now! As Sales Manager (f/m/d) for Italy, Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Malta, you will take on a central role in strategic and operational sales and develop measures to inspire and retain our customers in the long term.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Identification of potential : You research and identify new customers and potential in the existing customer base as well as in the responsible markets and maintain existing relationships.
  • Acquisition of customers: You actively approach potential customers, present our product range to them and convince them with individual advice.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions: You negotiate prices, delivery, and payment terms with the aim of finding the best solution for all sides.
  • Reporting and increasing turnover: You analyze turnover and sales figures based on defined KPIs and derive new approaches and measures from this.
  • Further development of our sales process: You optimize our acquisition measures and are in close contact with other teams, Marketing.

What characterizes you:

  • You have a commercial or technical background and already have experience in active customer contact.
  • With your open manner, persuasiveness, and sense of responsibility, you are a real team player and always see challenges as an opportunity to grow together.
  • You are goal-, success-, and results-oriented and can set priorities.
  • You communicate very well in Italian and German or English.
  • We work with Google Workspace, SAP, and the Atlassian toolchain. If you can already do that, great! If not, no problem, we'll teach you.
