As a Junior IT Support Specialist (f/m/x) at Avenga x Qinshift, you will be the primary contact for all technical issues at our Cologne office. Your responsibilities include supporting hardware and software, assisting colleagues on-site with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Microsoft Office applications, and maintaining IT systems. You will ensure that the local network, office devices, and technical equipment operate smoothly and reliably.
You are social, reliable, and service-minded, comfortable explaining technical issues multiple times. You have experience in similar IT support roles, assisting with laptops, phones, and video conferencing tools. You communicate clearly in both German and English, spoken and written.
