As our new CRM Analyst (m/w/d) at our European HQ in Offenbach, Germany, you will play an investigator/consultant role to optimize B2C/B2B CRM performances towards our customers over Pan-EU 11+ markets. Understanding CRM structure (program, process, rules, data, etc.) of each market, you communicate with local managers to analyze obstacles and improvement points, but also provide the centralized guidelines based on captured insights and internal/external best cases from the regional headquarters perspective.

We want you to:
  • Develop/maintain B2C/B2B CRM standard process/rules for EU markets
  • Understanding the CRM framework (ex. customer journey, lifecycle, etc.)
  • Analyze CRM related activities, process & rules towards customers
  • Conducting research/benchmark to provide supportive materials about CRM trends in Pan-EU markets
  • Manage/upgrade standard communication/campaign assets in the CRM platform
  • Participate / support in project management as a CRM stakeholder
  • Design/monitor integrated CRM related KPIs and dashboard
  • Assess CRM communication/campaign plan and analyze actual performances.
  • Create regular report/presentations to the teams.
  • Collaborate with CRM platform managers and IT managers to enhance the features and process in the platform.
  • Develop and manage training materials as needed.
  • Plan/Facilitate official communication and event between CRM teams in different business units and markets.
About you:
  • Degree or equivalent education with minimum 5-7 years of experience in CRM data analysis and performance metrics (preferred in automotive industry)
  • Good understanding of general CRM trends and cases in Pan-EU markets, customer lifecycle stages including sales and aftersales processes
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Siebel).
  • Ability to interpret CRM data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication of insights
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
