Responsibilities:
  1. Provide holistic and proactive support to the CEO regarding strategic activities and daily business.
  2. Prepare analyses and presentations on strategic topics for top management decisions.
  3. Manage and take responsibility for own (sub-)projects, including delivering presentations.
  4. Coordinate and align with internal and external stakeholders, including other Board members and direct reports.
  5. Support the CEO's internal and external communication, such as investor presentations and regulatory meetings.
Your Profile:
  • University degree or comparable work experience; advanced degrees (MBA, PhD) preferred.
  • Experience in insurance or consulting is preferred.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven team player with an open-minded and agile mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Interest in diverse tasks with a high willingness to learn and engage.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1); additional languages are a plus.
