Leidos has an excellent opportunity for a Knowledge Management Software Developer located in Stuttgart, Germany.

Must have an active Secret security clearance.

Position Summary:

We are looking for experienced, innovative, and motivated DoD365 & Power Platform engineers to support the enablement of AFRICOM’s mission objectives. This position supports a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US AFRICOM.

AFRICOM's Knowledge Management (KM) and Collaboration division seeks to develop solutions using agile methodology and modern UI/UX principles.

In this role, you will:

• Provide daily KM Engineering support to develop business process improvements.
• Support and create client-side and server-side applications in a development environment, test and validate code for accuracy in pre-production, and ensure interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results within the production environment.
• Work with end-users to gather requirements, propose solutions, and execute ad-hoc requests.
• Communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas professionally.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring team interaction and coordination.
• Demonstrate experience interfacing with both client managers and system users.
• Present SharePoint 2019 & Power Platform application development solutions to enhance command processes.
• Utilize modern client-side technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Node.js, Bootstrap, React, Svelte, etc., and have knowledge of JSON, CSOM, and REST.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
• Provide remote support and/or travel to customer sites as needed.

Requirements:

• BA/BS + 5 years or AA/AS + 7 years, or a major certification + 9 years, or 13 years of recent specialized experience.
• Current CompTIA Security+ (IAT Level II or greater).
• Experience with SharePoint & DoD365 PowerPlatform.
• Understanding of software development using Agile methodology.
• Must have an active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL v3 – Foundation.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Node.js, Knockout, Handlebars.js, and Visual Studio Code.
• MS PL-900 or equivalent certification.
• Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards and IT security requirements.
• Experience in a Microsoft DevOps environment, Git source control, and agile software development teams.
• Working knowledge of MS Dataverse or MS Dynamics CRM.
