• Own and optimize the new customer onsite funnel, driving growth and creating seamless journeys for customers from their initial visit to their first purchase.
• Create efficient and engaging onboarding experiences that ensure exceptional quality interactions with the product overall, resulting in increased customer retention.
• Monitor performance using metrics and analytics to continuously iterate and improve the product based on user feedback, market changes, and emerging technologies, leveraging agile methodologies to adapt quickly.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap.
• Ensure legal compliance by understanding and applying relevant regulations. Collaborate closely with the Legal team to maintain creative, but compliant processes.
