Job Description

Position Summary: As a Chatbot Specialist, you will be a key member of our chatbot team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Omio’s chatbot to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Your technical skills and proactive approach will be essential in achieving team goals and delivering high-quality chatbot interactions.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with team members to improve user engagement and satisfaction through ongoing chatbot optimization.
2. Create and update chatbot content to ensure accuracy and relevance aligned with Omio’s objectives.
3. Monitor user feedback and performance metrics to continuously enhance chatbot performance.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues, especially during new feature launches, and provide timely resolutions.
5. Maintain documentation of development processes, including technical specifications and user guides.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience managing software tools such as CRM, helpdesk, or chatbot platforms.
• Strong interest and experience in technology, especially in generative AI and its applications in customer service.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive troubleshooting approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a bonus.
