WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Manage a team of testing engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and professional growth in the field of test and validation of infotainment functions.
• Collaborate with major OEMs to understand their testing requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed expectations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness of testing methodologies.
• Plan and coordinate cooperation with onshore, nearshore, and offshore partners.
• Serve as a key contact for our customers regarding new project acquisition, inquiries, issue resolution, and fostering strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in automotive software testing, especially with embedded systems and infotainment software.
• Experience managing testing projects with major OEMs, delivering results on schedule and within budget.
• Deep understanding of product development processes, particularly testing and validation.
• Experience in test specification, test execution at HiL, and robust simulation is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficiency in German and English, essential for communication with clients and compliance documentation.
• Knowledge of industry-standard testing tools and methodologies, preferably with VW tool chain experience.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and technological advancement.
