Job Description:
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives based on dormakaba’s global employer branding strategy to increase employer brand awareness, ensure a positive and consistent employer brand image across channels, and attract top talent.
  • Create engaging content, including employer brand stories, videos, and multimedia, to showcase the company culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to create compelling promotional materials.
  • Utilize digital platforms and social media to amplify dormakaba’s presence and engage with potential candidates.
  • Build relationships with external partners, such as universities and industry associations, to strengthen the employer brand.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with HR goals.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and candidate expectations to optimize recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment marketing.
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in human resources and/or communication.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Fluent in German and English, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information securely.
  • Confident demeanor and effective communication skills with executives, employees, and employee representatives.
