In a Nutshell

As a Manager Membership Services, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our partnerships with new member hotels. You will lead the onboarding process for new Design Hotels members, ensuring seamless integration and timely project completion. You’ll also be responsible for tracking key milestones, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and refining internal processes to enhance efficiency across the organization.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and execute the implementation of new member hotels
  • Coordinate key interactions between global Design Hotels teams and new hotels to align on strategic commercial plans ahead of their launch
  • Streamline and enhance workflows across various departments and tracking systems
  • Support contract-related processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supervise the annual development and launch of all new Membership Services
Experience & Mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related fields
  • 4+ years of professional experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement preferably within an international organization
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
  • Strong organizational abilities, thriving in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with a growth mindset and an eye for identifying opportunities
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus
  • Great experience in the niche market of luxury boutique hotels
