We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and intellectually curious Manager CEO Office to provide strategic, organizational, and operational support to the CEO of the World Health Summit. This key role involves optimizing workflows, managing executive priorities, and contributing to strategic initiatives, platform positioning, and stakeholder engagement. It is ideal for someone passionate about global health, politics, and diplomacy, and who thrives in a dynamic international environment.

The successful candidate (f/m/d) should demonstrate a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills in German and English, and relevant experience supporting senior leadership.

About the World Health Summit:

The World Health Summit (WHS) is a premier international platform for global health, bringing together stakeholders from politics, science, the private sector, and civil society worldwide to set a future-oriented agenda. It promotes exchange, innovative solutions, and global health as a key political issue, aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The main conference takes place each October in Berlin with around 4,000 onsite participants and over 10,000 online. Additional regional meetings and events are held throughout the year.

The WHS is organized by the WHS Foundation GmbH, a subsidiary of Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic and Content Support
  • Prepare the CEO for high-level meetings with stakeholders, including heads of state, ministers, and CEOs;
  • Participate in meetings, ensuring documentation and follow-up;
  • Conduct research and draft briefings, talking points, presentations, and memos;
  • Monitor global health developments to identify relevant issues and opportunities;
  • Support planning and execution of strategic initiatives and projects with internal and external partners.
  • Executive & Administrative Support
    • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements;
    • Handle internal and external communications professionally and discreetly;
    • Prepare and edit documents and reports in German and English;
    • Assist other senior team members with coordination tasks;
    • Coordinate with the Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • A university degree in Public Health, Political Science, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience supporting executive leadership, preferably in international or political contexts;
    • Ability to manage complex priorities with discretion and diplomacy;
    • Excellent communication skills in German and English, written and spoken;
    • Experience in high-level environments with senior figures;
    • Knowledge of diplomatic protocols and etiquette;
    • Strong analytical and strategic skills;
    • Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools;
    • Flexibility, hands-on approach, and adaptability to fast-paced international settings.
