As a Technical Writer, you will be part of a global, cross-functional team supporting the development of our latest innovations in Life Science and Applied Solutions. Your responsibilities include:

1. Creating product-specific online help in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
2. Coordinating and creating online help content, including data preparation, graphics, and implementation.
3. Testing online help on demo devices to verify quality and usability.
4. Gathering information across departments for comprehensive documentation.
5. Aligning content and timing with stakeholders involved in development.

The goal is to provide our customers with high-quality online help to ensure their satisfaction and support their research success.

Minimum requirements include:

• A degree in technical writing or a technical field with specialized training.
• Several years of experience in technical documentation and online help.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and German.
• Ability to travel 15%, overnight, within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

It would be advantageous if you also possess experience with:

• Software tools like MadCap Flare.
• Programming and markup languages such as HTML, XML, XSLT.
