Location: We are flexible! Join us in Hamburg, Berlin, or Barcelona.

We’re seeking a sharp, solution-oriented Salesforce Administrator ready to advance beyond system maintenance into full-stack sales tech ownership. In this role, you’ll serve as a Salesforce expert, business analyst, and sales tech architect.

You’ll enhance our Salesforce platform and connected tools to empower sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Your responsibilities include optimizing workflows, evaluating new technologies, and implementing scalable processes—ideal for those who enjoy aligning business needs with innovative technology.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Owning and evolving our Salesforce Sales Cloud environment to support a rapidly growing B2B sales team.
  • Strategically managing the entire sales tech stack, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and related integrations & automation workflows.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CSM, Data).
  • Analyzing processes across sales and customer activation journeys, identifying friction points, and implementing solutions to boost efficiency.
  • Building and maintaining custom reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Ensuring data hygiene, platform integrity, compliance, and performance.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Finance to support growth initiatives.
  • Developing self-service capabilities for stakeholders and promoting internal user adoption.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • 2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with familiarity in sales operations.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, LinkedIn, SalesNavigator, etc.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification and experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining Salesforce Lightning Flows and Process Builders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
