YOUR ROLE

You will support the implementation of the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand positioning. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications for Belux, you will collaborate with colleagues across Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as business leaders, sales teams, and global marketing functions to drive a cohesive and impactful marketing strategy.

  • Support in Strategic Marketing : Assist in implementing marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, employer branding, and business growth. Collaborate with leadership, sales teams, and Belux marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Brand Positioning & Lead Generation : Support initiatives to showcase Sogeti’s expertise and thought leadership on key offerings. Support lead generation efforts through event participation, targeted marketing campaigns, digital strategies. Assist in the execution of employer branding campaigns, employee advocacy initiatives, and social media engagement.
  • Event Management : External Events : Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing client events and industry conferences to strengthen market presence and business relationships. Internal Events : Organize employee engagement activities in collaboration with HR to enhance internal communication and employer branding.
  • Content, Digital & Employee Advocacy : Work with internal teams to develop engaging digital content, including social media, website updates, newsletters, and client communications. Support the promotion of the employee advocacy program to amplify brand reach. Support the engagement of our people through internal initiatives and communication.
  • Operational & Budget Oversight : Assist in managing the marketing budget and track marketing performance metrics, campaign ROI. Ensure smooth execution of marketing operations, including branded materials, promotional items and partnerships.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • First experience in marketing and communications , preferably in the IT or consulting sector.
  • High degree of autonomy and proactivity, with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of strategic marketing, event management, digital marketing, internal comms and content creation.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, drive collaboration, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
