The team's goal is to drive scaled, CM accretive growth and efficiency for EU Retail. We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Senior Business Manager, Supply Chain.
The MVR org comprises RVR, responsible for onboarding new-to-Amazon brands, and VSP, which manages medium/small-sized vendors. The Senior Business Manager will lead strategic supply chain initiatives within the MVR organization, focusing on availability optimization, operational excellence, supply chain programs, and vendor experience enhancement to drive transformational improvements across the supply chain ecosystem. This role will define the optimal end-to-end supply chain setup for all MVR vendors to improve long-term availability, speed, reliability, and costs through automation.
This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of EU MVR's supply chain operations, directly contributing to our mission of being the premier platform for brand growth on Amazon while ensuring customer satisfaction through improved product availability.
As you start your day at one of our Retail offices in London, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Luxembourg, or Paris, with your first coffee or tea with colleagues, you look forward to your day. You will allocate roughly 50% of your time to advancing projects you or the MVR Supply Chain team own, contributing to lasting impact across our vendor base and supply chain. About 30% of your time will be spent collaborating with partner teams such as EIM, AIM, SCP, and Retail Supply Chain to find new solutions and share best practices. The remaining 20% will be dedicated to your development through discussions and direct work with your manager.
We are a centralized team within the PanEU Programs, focusing on work-life balance, scalable improvements, and creating experts who take ownership of their responsibilities. Our Supply Chain team is spread across EU locations and owns vendor-facing supply chain operations and program adoption. Improving customer availability is central to our role, achieved through strategic engagement with vendors and optimizing the processing, delivery, and receipt of goods. We also focus on enhancing the customer experience by leveraging vendor and business knowledge to support continuous improvements in inventory management systems and their inputs.
